Both. From 1996 to 2001 Jacuzzi made the brand name ECHO or ESSENCE spas. From 1996 to 2000 the spas were made by their Jacuzzi Whirlpool Spa division. Then they moved the production to their Gatsby Division. It was during this time things get confusing. All the Echo/Essence spas were made with fairly easy generation changes. When the production moved to Gatsby division, things get really confusing. But from what we have seen in the field, early production was the same as the Whirlpool Division. Then they started shifting to none Jacuzzi brand pumps. Then they went to non standard control systems and jets. All of this under the Echo/Essense label. |
